Pork-Ribs Curry

I cooked this dish, Pork Ribs Curry , for Daddy’s Day …pork ribs are the family’s favourite , be it steamed or cooked in curry. It has been quite a while since the last time I cooked curry. So I googled for Amy Beh’s pork ribs curry. It turned out not too spicy and just nice for the family.


saute till the fragrance wafts up
The scent is out of this world ;P

This was delicious…the meat , soft and juicy , still attached to the bones,
the fragrant curry gravy absorbed into the potatoes and ribs
is enough to whet up your appetite :)
