Stir Fry Dory With Yellow Capsicum And Red Onion Peels

I have been busy lately with work up to my neck ...came back tired and I just want to relax, put up my feet and watch a movie to de-stress , so cooking is simple lately. I took out a packet of dory fillets and took out whatever there are in the fridge and cook this for dinner for the two of us . Carrots, yellow capsicum, ginger and red onions.....tired as I can be, I still make an effort to whip up something delicious with the dory fillets :p

Stir fry is the simplest form of cooking and I love stir fries..be it veggies or meat or fish.  Dory fish is not my favourite fish but Daddy loves it  :)  Cut the fish into cubes, marinate with chinese cooking wine, oyster sauce, a dash of white pepper ,sesame oil  and corn flour. Leave it to marinate for half an hour.  Meanwhile prepares the saute ingredients, slices of ginger, slices of carrots, onions peels ( membrance layers of the onions ) and chopped up some garlic.

Saute all cut ingredients except the dory,
in grapeseed oil in a wok till fragrant
add in the dory fillets and stir fry
till cooked, add in the thickening last

this simple dish is delicious and yet easy to prepare.....
blogging it is harder........
but can't beat eating it...........
S   l   u  r  p  it down in minutes
which is even faster than cooking it !!!   :p

love this simple stir fry....serve it with piping hot rice  .....yummy!!
