This dish is cooked by the hubby. I skidded and sprained my right leg so hubby said he will take over the cooking. We bought the ready to cook Assam Pedas paste from Aeon Supermarket. Hubby just followed the instructions on the back of the package and tada, he did a great job. The dish was cooked perfectly. He added sea prawns for himself. He is a smart guy. He can cook alright. I gave him a thumbs up 😝
