XO sauce is the most delicious accompaniment sauce that I have ever made. It is a spicy seafood sauce with an umami flavour, a to die for sauce that goes well with any tossed noodles or fried rice. It has been in my to-do-list for a few years and finally last week ,I cooked the most delicious sauce for our noodle meals. I used Marion's kitchen recipe. So good.
