Stir-Fry Organic Soy Mee With Brown Enoki

The thing about buying organic stuff is you have to finish them fast...becoz it contains no preservative :)) so I stir fry the remnant of the organic oat & soy mee with brown enoki, button mushrooms and zuchinni . Simple and yet delicious...haha I seem to use the word delicious very often but seriously it is yummilicious. The brown enoki is crunchy and has a pleasant taste. First time eating them. The wonderful thing about Jusco, Ipoh they have quite some choices when it comes to fresh mushrooms. I love fresh shrooms of any species.. I love them in veggie, in pizza, in soup and in noodles...Such a versatile edible fungus :)) and I understand they have a natural statin in them, which helps lower the bad cholesterol level :))
