Christmas is just five days away and I still have not come up with idea of what we would like to have for Christmas dinner- main course . Maybe I have to ask my wild boar for ideas as to what to serve for dinner or rather I have to delegate that task to him. But for now, I would like to share with you this mouth-watering baked NZ mussels with garlic, cheese and dill. A lovely and flavorful starter that you can serve for your coming Christmas dinner :)) I have to try this out before the Christmas dinner and after Jo and myself had savored it , we would definitely want this for our starters for our Christmas dinner...yeah one dish named, the main course, I will leave it to my wild boar.
