Recently ,Claire and myself were given a talk on omega 3 fatty acids supplements at a health talk session held at the Heritage hotel and after the talk, we realised that we do need to have this in our diet. Claire who is just as health conscious as myself agreed that we should add this into our daily diet. So we both bought the omega 3 fatty acids supplement from the pharmacy nearby :) It is important to know how much of fish oil we need a day and we have to know about EPA and DHA in the fish oil and the role it plays . We were so glad that we both attended the talk . Now we know what is EPA and DHA. We need about 2000 to 3000 mg of omega oil to take effect. So, now we consume at least 3000mg of fish oil a day. When buying omega oil, remember to look at the label at the back of the bottle and consult the pharmacist before buying and dont forget to look out for the EPA and DHA when buying the fish oil.
