Chrysanthemum Herbal Tea Jelly

It's been a long time since I made this herbal tea jelly and after those roasts and delicious cholesterol loaded food the last few days, it was about time to make some cooling tea for the Piggies. I simmered some dried yellow chrysanthemum flowers with ginseng roots and turned them into wobbly jellies.  Huh..I love wobbly jellies :) scoop the wobbly refreshing jelly into the mouth and let it slide on the tongue....slowly taking in the refreshing herbal tea fragrance....mmmmmm this is heavenly after all those sinful indulgence ! I love making them into jellies for snacking on especially on hot and humid weather like ours :) Jo loves taking them in wobbly state...she kept reminding me not to make them hard...." WOBBLY...mom "  !  So I have to make sure they come out wobbly ..LOL! and that was precision work :p  not too much agar agar powder nor less. Being a ' not paid Chef  ' in the Piggies' residence is a challenge !!!

The photos below are for drooling..................

NoteIf you prefer the texture to be harder, add a bit more of the agar agar powder.
