A new friendship was developed by chance . We clicked immediately the moment we found out that we are both bloggers :p Though we are both bloggers but we differ in the catergories that we blog about. I blog what I cooked and she blogs what she eats LOL ! great difference right? I love Claire for her down to earth nature, unpretentious and caring nature. Her blog Caring & Sharing is aptly named. She is indeed a kind , helpful and caring person. A super Mom who brought up her three children well.
Daddy had his eye surgery done recently and could not drive for a few weeks, slight complication, and he needed to go and collect his new spectacles form the shop. I phoned her for help and she was so kind and so willingly and happy to drive Daddy to the shop.
I baked this cheesecake for her son Aaron . He just got back from Italy and when I heard he is back for his two weeks holiday in Ipoh . I took the opportunity to bake one for him. Claire told me he loves Cheesecake and this is the only one thing that I am good at . I baked my signature cheesecake for her and family. I learned to bake this from one of the baking classes I attended. Haha... came in useful this time :)
How true the saying is...
