Green Tea Soufflė Roll Cake With Green Tea Buttercream

This recipe has been in my 'To-Do List' for some time and I have forgotten about it till tonite. It took me 2 hours to get this Green Tea Soufflė Roll Cake With Buttercream done and I knew it would turn out be great. This recipe is taken from Daily Delicious and I really have to thank her for sharing such a wonderful Soufflė Roll Cake :)) You will love the taste of the refreshing green tea flavor and the crunch of the walnuts. I tweaked it a bit by adding chopped toasted walnuts to the buttercream and I have also added some green tea powder to the buttercream to give it a subtle green tea fragrance . Since I have so much of walnuts in the fridge, I might as well use some to give the filling a crunch....:p I am at times ' the crazy Momsie '..but whatever it turned awesome. The two angels are sure lucky to have me as their colleague...they always get to sample my bakes...Mmmmm I think their waistline are growing sideways and I am getting slimmer LOL!

Green Tea Soufflė Roll Cake ...I added walnuts to it :))

a great combo...green tea buttercream
with the toasted walnuts fillings

the souffle roll cake was moist and as my teeth sank into
them..mmmmm the buttercream with the walnuts.....
was like I had gone to heaven and came back...
the best green tea powder are those from Japan!

Thanks Pook of DailyDelicious for such an awesome recipe!
