Rosemary Walnut Cookies 2

My gal requested for some cookies to take back to college so I baked 2 loads of rosemary walnut cookies for her. But this time I just rolled the dough into a log and cut them into slices…save time and the heart shaped cutter will be used for some other occasions :p

This is so far the best I have baked where cookies are concern and it is those kind that melts in the mouth cookies…the rosemary herbs gave it a nice flavor and the roasted walnuts make this cookies delish and I know before long she will ask for another round :)) I myself heart it too…. I know I won’t be able to stop eating them especially if I have them in the office ;p

I had posted this up sometime back but I thought it would be nice to bring attention to it once again…haha it is that good that I have to bring it up again :)

I added extra nuts for her...she loves walnut :)

excuse the uneven thickness...was a rush job :p

a special gal gets to eat all these delish cookies
lucky gal :p

Melts in the mouth.....Mmmmm :p
