Banana Caramel Cake

Er…. at times I wonder whether I am a too easy to please kind of person or I have simple taste…but what I want to say here is , I just want to jot down here for my Piggies, my cooking and baking experiences and when the time comes I am called home, this would be a point of reference for them if they miss my baking ^ * So, if I get too carried away expressing how good the bakes or the food are, please excuse this old lady coz she can't help feeling excited each time the bakes turns out wonderful!

I am excited now and can’t wait to share with you , this wonderful Banana Caramel Cake (“,) This is no ordinary banana cake ! It is truly a slice of Heaven! The combo of cream cheese , banana , the amber colored caramel and fresh cream ( I used plain yoghurt instead of fresh cream ) was awesome... a truly moist and cheese scented cake ! This cake is simply AWESOME ! Every bite you get to taste the banana and cream cheese cubes mmmMmmmm you have to bake this to believe me :))))
