Sausage Bun with Mozzarella Cheese Toppings

This bun is a combination of the all the previous buns that I had made. Garlic bun, sausage bun and top it with mozzarella cheese, all put together to make this awesome bun, of course to everyone’s delight ! Daddy wanted sausage bun, I prefer garlic bun and Piggies prefer sausage with cheese…how am I going to make so many types of bun in a day…:))))) so I told everyone, I am coming out with a new bun, so told them to wait for the surprise bun!

And to my delight, it turned out nice and no one complained since it has everyone’s favourite in it. I took the sausage roll recipe for the dough and just brushed the base with garlic butter with Italian parsley, added smoked sausages , braided it then add the mozzarella cheese as toppings…. it was a good idea to combine everything , for the end result, everyone was happily munching away. It made my day to see my Piggies chomping down the buns and showing the thumbs up. :) as long as everyone is happy , Momsie will be happy too!!

  1. Elin, I wish I can bake bread like you. My bread will never turn out as fluffy or soft like yours. I wish I can have one of your bread for breakfast now :)
