Nothing beats the joy of making buns especially when it turned out nice and to your expectation :) . Another mission accomplished ! Another item off my To-Do List ! I guess I will be contented as long as I have something to bake and to blog about(“,)
I created this blog for two purposes…one, to leave behind a baking journal for my Piggies and for them to come here and see what I have been doing in my kitchen daily and two, to share with friends and readers as I journey through the successes and failures of my cooking experiences. I always practice the principle of - good things must be shared ! (“,) And I want to share this Ham Buns recipe by Aimee with you all...a deliciously soft and fragrant bun :))

Last night , I baked this Ham Buns for my morning breakfast. A wonderful time spent kneading the dough (40 minutes ) and it turned out well…you can’t wipe that smile off my face. I can’t wait to sms my Piggies that the buns were DELICIOUSLY soft and fragrant. The fragrance came from hams and the chopped spring onions which were seasoned with olive oil and pepper before being sprinkled on top of the buns. As usual ,Daddy and I helped ourselves to the buns after it came out fresh from the oven. How could we not devour them…when the fragrance of the freshly baked ham buns playing havoc to our senses and whetting our appetite on full gear ^___*

This recipe is shared by Aimee of Baking Cottage and I loved it. I know for sure my Piggies will love it too coz they takes after me..bun crazed! :)))))
Thanks Aimee for this wonderful recipe
